By using our services, you pass us certain information about yourself and the things you scan.
Some services require you to login in order to use them - once you do so we will assume that you are happy for us to associate any previous anonymous activity with the email address’ and personal information you pass to us.
Limits on collected information
We only collect the information needed in order to perform our services - protecting the integrity of products through better recall capability and the identification of counterfeit goods. We analyse this information to spot anomalies or incongruent activity
We share information within our community of users, manufacturers and governmental / regulatory authorities. Please treat all your activity as in the public domain unless otherwise indicated by the App or service you are using.
Information taken at sign in
If you sign in with an external service, such as your google account or your linked in account, as well as login credentials, we will take your name and profile photo to automatically update your BluList profile.
Information sent to Google Drive
If you choose to sync your data to google drive we will send a pdf copy of your scanning activity and the scanning activity of every member of your team, to folders on your drive. We will not access any other part of your drive. We do not delete any information or files from your drive. Each time we sync with your drive we check if you have a complete set of records of your teams scanning activities, if any are missing we send, or resend them, to make sure your drive is always a complete and accurate record.
Information sent to Dropbox
If you choose to sync your data to dropbox we will send a pdf copy of your scanning activity and the scanning activity of every member of your team, to folders on your drive. We will not access any other part of your drive. We do not delete any information or files from your drive. Each time we sync with your drive we check if you have a complete set of records of your teams scanning activities, if any are missing we send, or resend them, to make sure your drive is always a complete and accurate record.
Please contact us if you wish to maintain any data directly related to patients, patient care or any medical record that may reasonably be considered confidential. The system can be configured to protect such information but only if we are aware that this is required.
All information is encrypted. All communications are encrypted. All information is stored in multiple locations. These locations may be defined to conform to legal and governmental restrictions. If they are not defined then the information may be stored at any location globally. We may collect and store information (including personal information) locally on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML 5) and application data caches.
Sale of Information
We don’t sell your personal information and our terms of service do not allow other users or customers to sell your information either.
